Safety Guide
Hi everyone,

Dollabee is similar to other online buying and selling sites. Generally they are very safe. However, like with everything else online, you should follow a few steps to ensure your safety.
This is our guide to being safe online.
Rule #1: Be careful with your address and other personal details. As a seller, don’t include your address in the listings. It’s not necessary. The map functionality in this website software places a Google map on each listing, but if you leave your address blank, everything will still work fine. Or you can put a made-up address if you’d like. If you buy something from a seller, then you can share your address for shipping purposes. This is no different than Etsy or EBay.
Rule#2: Limit your profile details to basic information.
Rule#3: As a seller, if you’re contacted about the item and the buyer wants additional personal information – don’t feel obligated to give it.
Rule#4: If you have a bad experience on dollabee tell us about it. We can ban sellers, and inform the community about any issues with problematic buyers. We hope we DO NOT have to be a mediator, or dispute resolver, but we are here to ensure the buying and selling goes well, so pleaese let us know if you have any troubles.
Rule#5: Use Paypal. They have a dispute resolution process that ensures you can get your money back if you don’t get the item you paid for.
